Terms of Service
The agreement covering your use of Founder FingerprintsOS, what you own, and how the relationship can end.

This agreement
These terms govern your use of Founder FingerprintsOS. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using Founder FingerprintsOS for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised, so we can help you contain it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must provide accurate registration details.
Your content stays yours
You retain ownership of everything you put into Founder FingerprintsOS. We claim no rights over your ventures, documents, or decisions beyond the limited licence needed to store, display, and process them so the product can function for you.
That licence exists purely to operate the service. It ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Acceptable use
Some uses are prohibited because they harm other people or the service itself.
- Do not use Founder FingerprintsOS to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Do not probe, scan, or stress-test our infrastructure without written permission.
- Do not upload malware, or content designed to damage or deceive.
- Do not resell or redistribute the service without our agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Founder FingerprintsOS available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
We may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give notice before it takes effect.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are stated at the point of purchase, and we will give notice before any change applies to your next renewal.
If a payment fails we will attempt to contact you before restricting access, so an expired card does not cost you your workspace.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Founder FingerprintsOS and close your account at any time. On closure we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. Except where the breach is severe or unlawful, we will describe the problem and give you an opportunity to fix it first. We will also give you a reasonable chance to export your content.
Disclaimers and liability
Founder FingerprintsOS is a tool for organising your own thinking. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing it generates should be treated as a substitute for professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
