Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility target, what already works, and what is still outstanding.
Draft — pending legal review. This document describes our intended practice but has not completed legal review, and is not yet in force. Please don't rely on it as a binding agreement until it is marked active with an effective date.
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance, and this statement names the gaps rather than implying there are none.
What works today
These are verified rather than assumed.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a skip link to main content on every page.
- Semantic landmarks and headings, so screen readers can navigate structurally.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive controls.
- Text contrast meeting AA against its background.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Known gaps
We would rather list these than let you discover them.
- Some data visualisations lack full text alternatives.
- A few complex interactive controls need better screen-reader announcements.
- Drag-and-drop reordering needs a complete keyboard equivalent.
Telling us about a barrier
If something is unusable for you, write to accessibility@founderos.app describing what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We treat accessibility defects as bugs, not feature requests.
