Purpose

The Terms of Service set out prohibited use in general terms. This policy is the detailed version, so that both what is not allowed and how we respond are predictable rather than discretionary.

Prohibited content

The following must not be stored in or distributed through Founder FingerprintsOS.

  • Content that sexualises minors, in any form.
  • Content that incites violence or promotes terrorism.
  • Targeted harassment, threats, or content promoting hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or trade secrets you have no right to use.
  • Malware, credential-harvesting pages, or other material designed to deceive or damage.

Prohibited conduct

Some behaviour harms the service or other founders even when no specific content is involved.

  • Circumventing access controls, rate limits, or usage quotas.
  • Automated scraping or bulk extraction beyond documented API use.
  • Sharing credentials to evade per-seat pricing.
  • Interfering with other customers' use of the service.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation to gain access.

How we enforce this

Our response is proportionate to the harm. Most issues are honest mistakes, so our first step is usually to contact you and explain the problem.

For serious violations — particularly illegal content or active harm to others — we may suspend access immediately and without notice, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.

Appeals

If you believe we have acted wrongly, reply to the enforcement notice and ask for review. A person not involved in the original decision will reconsider it. We will keep your content intact while an appeal is pending.
